Metseagharun.
He

medical practitioner and entrepreneur.

3. MR OTI SAMUEL-METSEAGHARUN has
a diverse background consisting of vital knowledge, experience
and interest in
Petroleum and
Natural Gas technology, Chemical engineering, Business and
Information Technology. Mr Samuel-Metseagharun obtained a BSc
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos in 1998
and worked as a trainee engineer with the Nigerian Gas Company
(A Subsidiary of NNPC/Chevron/SPDC joint venture) between 1997
and 1998.
While as an undergraduate Mr Samuel-Metseagharun’s research
involved an in depth study of Natural Gas Gathering in Nigeria’s
Niger-Delta oil rich swamps using the Nigerian Gas Company
(NGC) as a case study. His other academic projects include
a feasibility study of the viability of Compressed Natural
Gas (CNG) as an alternative source of fuel for cars in Nigeria.
Mr Samuel-Metseagharun has a Masters degree in Business Information
Technology (MSc BIT) from Middlesex University London in 2005
and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Guildhall
College London. Mr Samuel-Metseagharun is currently working
as a Project Manager in the United Kingdom and has the PRINCE2
Certification in Project Management.
